Empower individuals with tools, insights, and coaching for their ongoing formation.
- Consultations:听Provide support to employees to assess learning needs and recommend solutions, drawing from evidence-based frameworks such as Crucial Conversations and Situational Leadership.
- Assessments:听Administer self-discovery tools, including DiSC, Clifton StrengthsFinder, Enneagram, and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
