Jim Repetti is a nationally recognized tax expert. He has been a consultant to the Internal Revenue Service, Justice Department, and the U.S. Senate and is the co-author of three textbooks,Introduction to United States International Taxation (7th Edition, 2022);Partnership Income Taxation(7th Edition 2023); and Federal Wealth Transfer Taxation: Cases and Materials (2015).Repetti is also a contributing author to the treatises,Comparative Income Taxation: A Structural AnalysisandThe International Guide to Partnerships.
Professor Repetti has published articles in several law reviews, including the Boston College Law Review, NYU Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, Wisconsin Law Review, and Florida Tax Review. He has also appeared as a commentator in publications such as Bloomberg, theWashington Post,Marketplace,Boston Globe, Christian Science Monitor, Forbes Magazine, Wall Street JournalandMassachusetts Lawyers Weekly.He is a fellow of the American College of Tax Lawyers and holds a peer review “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available to lawyers.
